We offer a flat rate of $8 for all handmade orders within the USA, and free shipping for orders over $100.
Merch orders are shipped separately and may incur additional charges for shipping.
At Soothing Ways, our priority is your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or refunds within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date, provided that the items are new and unused. Please note that we do not accept returns for candles or soaps that have been burned or used to test the scent. We strive to ship all in-stock items within 2-3 business days through USPS first class mail (2-5 days). While delivery time is dependent on the postal service, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives as expected. We offer local delivery in the Bristol, Connecticut area. Use code "BRISTOLCT" for free delivery. If you are unsure whether your town is within the delivery area, please contact us for assistance
